A Arte do Ballet Toca a Realidade das Escolas Públicas do Rio

Mais de 1200 alunos de escolas públicas do Rio de Janeiro vibram com o universo fascinante da dança clássica, assistindo, gratuitamente, ao espetáculo “O Corsário”, no Theatro Municipal.

A récita, exclusiva, recebe centenas de alunos de 30 escolas das redes estadual e municipal, e trata-se de uma iniciativa que integra o Projeto Escola; um programa do Setor Educativo do Theatro Municipal do Rio de Janeiro, com o apoio da Petrobras.

O Projeto Escola busca tornar a arte – mais especificamente o ballet e a ópera do Theatro Municipal – acessível e inspiradora para milhares de crianças e jovens de comunidades menos favorecidas, promovendo a educação cultural e a inclusão social.
